“ This is by far my most favorite blackjack location. Every single time I have gone to this location, I’ve literally NEVER been given an type of attitude, I’ve never been rushed and I’ve never waited long at all either, even when other customers were there before me. It’s always very clean inside and I notice every time I pick up my food that the employees wash their hands A LOT! Every time they stop touching the food they are preparing and touch like the register or money or whatever, I’ve always noticed them wash their hands before they go back to preparing the food. Which is obviously great!! The food is amazing, I love the cinnabread! The pizza is like no other pizza joint. I have had a lot of things on the menu and never been unsatisfied with anything I’ve ordered. The food is always fresh, and tastes delicious. I think I order from here at least once or twice a week. I am fully Italian, so I could probably eat pizza everyday. As long as it is from this blackjack pizza. I have only had one bad experience, which was a very small one where I ordered a cinnabread, large pizza, and a deep dish cheese bread. The entire order was great except the cinnabread wasn’t, it was a bit burnt. However, the manager(I think he is the manager, lol) called me literally the next day not even 24 hours had passed and I received a phone call from this location, letting me know that they apologized for the burnt cinnabread. He immediately made it right by letting me know I could come get a new one free of charge. The only reason why it took till the next day(but less than 24 hours), for me to receive a new cinnabread is only because I picked up my food that night literally right at closing time and they were no longer open to be able to give me a new one that night. However, if it had been during regular business hours I know I would’ve been able to receive the new one that same day. I have honestly NEVER been given such excellent customer service by any restaurant I’ve gone to in the past. If I could’ve given this location more than five stars, I most definitely, without a doubt would’ve given more than five stars. This location deserves one hundred stars in my opinion. ”

“ FANTASTIC! I ordered a large, hand tossed, half Santa Fe chicken and half bbq chicken. Tasted great, arrived hot via delivery and 10 minutes earlier than the estimated time. Reasonably priced and I will be ordering again for sure. I think im gonna try the Santa Fe chicken but with the bbq sauce next time but thats just personal preference. I will reccomend this to others ”

I tried to do a half/half from my phone but was just giving me 2 pizzas, not one, so I just kinda combined and reordered one. When I picked it up, hot home, opened the box! ..and BLOW!
